Bluetooth® Low Energy Modules

Silabs Wireless Protocols

Silicon Labs’Proprietary Wireless Protocols 2.4 GHz and Sub-GHz wireless devices provide high-performance wireless connectivity and ultra-low power 8-bit and 32-bit microcontroller options. With support for major frequency bands in the 142 to 1050 MHz range and 2.4 GHz these devices can be used to develop many classes of Internet of Things (IoT) systems.

2.4 GHz and Dual Band Devices

The EFR32™ Flex Gecko family of wireless SoCs combines an energy-friendly MCU with a highly integrated radio transceiver supporting 2.4 GHz and Sub-GHz proprietary wireless protocols. The single-die solution provides industry-leading energy efficiency, ultra-fast wakeup times, a scalable power amplifier, and an integrated balun. The devices are supported with SDKs including an intuitive radio abstraction interface layer (RAIL) and Connect Stack to accelerate proprietary protocol development.

Sub-GHz Wireless Devices

Silicon Labs Sub-GHz devices provide high-performance wireless connectivity and ultra-low power 8-bit and 32-bit microcontroller, RF transmitter, receiver and transceiver options. With support for major frequency bands in the 142 to 1050 MHz range and wireless M-Bus these devices can be used to develop many classes of Internet of Things (IoT) systems.
