SIP Package DC-DC Converter 1-5W

MINMAX offers a complete range of isolated DC-DC converters in standard SIP package with output power ranging from 1 to 5 Watt. Products are available with unregulated, semi-regulated or fully regulated output voltage.

 

High efficiency allows specifying an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for most products.The latest products MCWI05 series which offers fully 5W in SIP-8 package with fully-regulated output and ultra-wide 4:1 iput range.

SMD Package DC-DC Converter 1-6W

MINMAX offers a broad range of isolated DC-DC converters in SMD package with output power ranging from 1 to 6 Watt. There are products available with unregulated or fully regulated output voltage. All products are qualified for lead-free solder processes and complied with IPC/JEDEC STD-020D.1.

 

The devices are also available in tape & reel package suitable for automated assembly machines. The latest products are the MSCW01 series, 1Watt converters with regulated output and wide 2:1 input range as well as the MSDWI03 series, 3 Watt converters with regulated output and ultra-wide 4:1 input range.

DIP Package DC-DC Converter 1-10W

MINMAX offers a broad range of DC-DC converters in DIP package with output power ranging from 1 to 10 Watt. The products come in an economical plastic package or in a shielded metal package. All models provide excellent electrical specifications and offer features like short circuit protection, internal EMI-filter meeting EN 55022, class A and FCC, level A and 1500VDC I/O-isolation.

 

High efficiency allows specifying an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C for most products. All models are approved to cUL/UL/IEC/EN 60950-1. The latest product is the MIAR03 series, 3 Watt converters with fully regulated output are a cost optimized replacement for the popular S200R series !

1"x1" Package DC-DC Converter 10-25W

MINMAX launches a new generation of high performance DC-DC converters with very high power density in an ultra-compact 1”x1”x0.4” metal package and industry standard pinout. All models provide excellent specifications and very high efficiency, allowing an operating temperature range of -40°C to +80°C (with derating). As option is a clip-on heatsink available for the modules.

 

The converters offer features like overload protection, trimmable output voltage, internal EMI-filter, remote on/off control and I/O-isolation 1500VDC. All models are approved to cUL/UL/IEC/EN 60950-1. The latest product in this range is the MJW25 series which offers fully 25W in a 1.0”x1.0”x0.4″ package !

2"x1" & 2"x1.6" Package DC-DC Converter 30-50W

MINMAX offers a wide range of high performanceDC-DC converters modules in the 30 to 50 Watt power range. The products come in a shielded metal package with industry standard pinout. All models provide excellent specifications and features like overload protection, trimmable output voltage, internal EMI-filter, remote on/off control and I/O-isolation 1500VDC.

 

The operating temperature range of these converters is specified for -40°C to +85°C (with derating). As option there is a clip-on heatsink available for the modules. All models are approved to cUL/UL/IEC/EN 60950-1. The latest product is the MKWI50 series which offers fully 50 Watt in a 2.0”x1.0”x0.4” package!

Chassis & DIN-Rail Mounting 20-60W

MINMAX offers with the new MOWI20C, MQWI40C, MRWI60C series a range of isolated 20 to 60W DC-DC converters which are designed to meet particular specifications required in demanding applications in industrial control equipment. The modules come in a fully encapsulated plastic case with 2 mounting options; chassis mount with screw terminals or with clip for din-rail mounting.

 

There are 24 models available with ultra-wide 4:1 input ranges of 9-36VDC or 18-75VDC and regulated output voltages from 5.1 to 48VDC. All models feature an extended operating temperature range, I/O Isolation 2500VDC, input polarity protection, remote On/Off and LED output indicator. The products have cUL/UL/IEC/EN 60950-1 safety approval.

Ultra-high Isolation & IGBT Application DC-DC Converter 1-20W

MINMAX launches a whole new product family of ultra-high isolation DC-DC Converter with output power range from 1 to 20 Watt. We offer SIP, DIP, SMD, 2”x1” package with ultra-high isolation. The I/O isolation voltage, depending on series, is rated from 5200 VDC to 8000 VDC which possesses with reinforced insulation. MA01-HI and MAEU02-HI series, which output voltage by +15V/-9V asymmetric outputs are specifically design for IGBT driver application.

 

All series modules of ultra-high isolation family possess very high common mode transient immunity with 15KV/µs qualifies these product for IGBT driver applications so that to have ability to cover spike noise from IGBT in fast switching. All products are approved to ITE safety cUL/UL/IEC/EN 60950-1. MINMAX offer a large standard range of high isolation Medical DC-DC Converters with power ranging from 1 to 20W which available for 5V, 12V, 24V, 48 VDC input voltage and tight regulation for 5V, 12V, 15V, 24V, +/-5V, +/-12V, +/-15VDC output voltage. MINMAX Railway DC-DC Converter family with power ranging from 10 to 75W which are designed to meet stringent requirements and harsh environment testing which is specifically design for railway applications. Railway approval DC-DC converter family available for railway input voltage with 24V, 48V, 72V, 110VDC and tight regulation for 5V, 12V, 15V, 24 VDC output voltage. Switching Regulator 0.5-1A

MINMAX offers a new range of 0.5A switching regulators as a direct drop-in replacement for the old famous LM78xx linear regulators. The M78A series comes in a SIP package which fits in the standard TO-220 footprint of linear regulators.

 

With the M78SA series there is also a SMD package version available with remote on/off and output trim function. The very high efficiency of the step-down converters allows operating temperatures up to +80°C at full load without need of any heatsink and derating.
